Malpelo Tours

Malpelo Tours is a Liveaboard dive operator whose main objective is the promotion, sale, and development of sustainable tourism on the Island of Malpelo in Colombia.

The Malpelo Fauna and Flora Sanctuary UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to different marine species, including major aggregations of Hammerhead Sharks,Silky Sharks, Whale Sharks, Galapagos Sharks, and Tunas.

It is the largest no-fishing zone in the Eastern Tropical Pacific which provides critical habitat for internationally threatened marine species and is a major source of nutrients resulting in large aggregations of

marine biodiversity. Malpelo is one of the last places left on earth where the sharks are still thriving.

We are convinced that sustainable tourism is the best practice for the protection and conservation of the places visited and that is why we have direct alliances with the NGO that works directly in the protection and conservation of the Malpelo Fauna and Flora Sanctuary.
