Unique service EXPODAT

Dear Exhibition Participants!
At «MOSCOWDIVESHOW» you will have an opportunity to use unique service EXPODAT.

For what:

To provide a termless access and storage of information about your company and contacts to the visitor (won't lose, won't throwout, won't forget that was at your stand, always at hand).
To process maximum of visitors – that the visitor not to pass by and, even without having communicated with your manager, leave the contacts to receive the feedback. At the same time you will know exactly what he was interested in from the goods / services suggested and what line items he left a request on (for example, he chose a line item «To order a mask. Start of sales since March 2017» or «To receive a discountof 10% for training»).
To draw attention to the stand by holding questionings and draws of presents.
To receive the structured prepared base of «warm» visitors of your stand.
To save on promo-materials.
To receive analytics and infographics on the stand operation.
To increase post-sales.

How it works:

All visitors receive a ticket with a bar code for entrance to the exhibition. At registration visitors fill in the short form with margins: full name, phone, email, sex, age, region, hobby (diving, hunting, etc.).
EXPODAT terminal is installed in the exhibitor’s booth before the exhibition’s opening. One of two modes «STAND» or «POLL» can be included in it.
«STAND» - the screen of the terminal is divided into 6 squares, each of which offers the visitor separate option of a special offer, discounts, the description of a specific line item of goods/service with a different format attachment of applications (the catalog, the pricelist, the video presentation).
«POLL» - questions of your questionnaire for the visitor are displayed. Information about a visitor (full names, email, etc.) are filled automatically.
The visitor brings a bracelet to the terminal scanner and becomes authorized instantly. Then either the poll, where he answers the questions or the square with services or special offers are opened. With one click he can choose the necessary square (it is possible to choose all of them). After that the information comes to the visitor (in a personal account on expodat.com website) and in your personal account about the client and his interests in your goods / service. At that new record about the visitor and his data is created.

EXPODAT is pretty simple and effective way for collection «warm» visitors which you will work after exhibition.

Conditions:
Cost - 9 900 rub. for one terminal for all period of event. It includes:

lease of the terminal EXPODAT,
technical support, assembling and dismantling of terminal,
permanent data storage of materials and collected information.

Additional discount for lease of 2 terminals – 5%, 3 – 7%, 4+ terminals – 10%.
