Check-in is carried out on February 18 from 15.00 to 22:00.
During the installation day on February, 18 all the equipment that has been agreed upon will be added to your booth. If by the end of the installation day something is missing, please contact us and we will solve it as soon as possible.
Badges and bracelets will be provided on the installation day. We ask you not to remove the bracelets until the end of the exhibition. If your bracelet has been lost or torn, we will provide you with a new one.
What you need for installation day:
1. The check-in form must be printed in 3 copies, having previously filled out all imported equipment and have it with you on check-in. It is NOT necessary to send it to the organizers.
2. In order to chouse the arrival time, fill the form below.
Instruction:
You receive and follow the personal link, choose the time, confirm, and after that you will receive a letter that the time has been selected. It is important to arrive on time, and cannot be rescheduled.
If your equipment does not exceed the volume of 2-3 bags and you will not have a cargo truck, please, do not select the time in the form. All you need is: - arrive from 15 to 22 (at any time), - unload the car from Varvarka street, - start the installation while providing a check-in form to the accreditation manager.

We also remind you that cars with a carrying capacity of not more than 1 ton are allowed to enter the Third Ring Road. Cars with a carrying capacity of more than 1 ton are allowed from 6:00 to 22:00 - with passes. The rest of the time - free entry. (https://transport.mos.ru/gruzoviki/perevod_ckad)
Dear friends, we remind you that the stop for unloading the car lasting for more than 20 minutes may result in a fine. Be careful!
