On Friday, February 21 at 13:30, the legendary yacht captain, Honored Master of Sports of Russia, holder of the Order of Courage, and full member of the Russian Geographical Society Nikolai Andreevich Litau will take the stage at the Moscow Dive Show 2025.
The main theme of the dive show this season is "Ice and Water." Who else but Litau, the man who once led three round-the-world expeditions on the yacht "Apostol Andrey", including an expedition along the Northern Sea Route. Last year marked 25 years since the "Apostol Andrey" with captain Litau passed the Northern Sea Route. From 1996 to 2023, Nikolai Andreevich organized and led more than 20 Russian and international expeditions in the Arctic and Antarctic. There was plenty of ice and water on these journeys.
Captain Litau will tell the guests of the dive show about what they had to face during these difficult journeys, how the team coped with harsh conditions and what happened along the way was most memorable. A short film about the journeys of brave yachtsmen in the land of eternal ice has been edited especially for the exhibition.
