A regular participant of the Moscow Dive Show, the N. Molchanova Freediving School, announced the opening of a new location for regular training in Moscow:
Starting September 10, regular diving under the supervision of the school's instructors is now possible in the 50-meter "Delo Sporta" pool (Fili metro station). It has 8 lanes, a depth of 1.7–4.4 meters, and a water temperature of +27°C. This is the school's sixth Moscow location available for freediving training.
All pools available for regular training are available on the school's website: molchanova.school/regular.
A free master class with Alexey Molchanov:
On October 22, the Moscow Dive Show ambassador, current world record holder and holder of 39 freediving world records, and director of the N. Molchanova Freediving School will hold an open master class on breathing techniques. You can register for the master class at molchanov.academy/new (at the bottom of the page). The school promises to send a video lesson with a breathing exercise to all registrants.
From February 19th to 22nd, you can meet the school's instructors and learn about the world of freediving firsthand at the N. Molchanova Freediving School's booth at the Moscow Dive Show.
