The Underwater Image Gallery is the largest exhibition of underwater photography, featuring over 150 works captured in the most extraordinary corners of the planet, from Antarctica to wild tropical islands, distant seas and inconspicuous lakes, flooded caves and ancient ships. Everything hidden from the ordinary eye has been captured by aces of aquaphotography and presented to visitors of the Moscow Dive Show.
A distinctive feature of the exhibition is the large-format prints—60 x 90 cm—with many works presented as even larger panoramic panels. Printed to the highest exhibition standards using metallized paper, the photographs are true works of art.
This year, the Underwater Image Gallery will consist of three groups: — Photos by the Wild Underwater World group—70 photographs; — Photos by independent aquaphotographers who have decided to independently join this beautiful process—60 photographs; — Works by the International Union of Animal Artists—46 paintings.
This year's photo exhibition will feature 122 individually illuminated panels. There will also be a special stand showcasing the winning entries from the international Underwater Photo Awards competition, which focuses on underwater photography and more. Individual aquatic photographers, each with their own style and stand, will also be on display.
At the exhibition, you'll be able to chat with the photographers and purchase almost any work you like—a great idea for decorating your home or gifting a friend.
The Underwater Image Gallery traditionally serves as the highlight of the Moscow Dive Show, creating a three-dimensional picture of the underwater world from all over the world and Russia.
