365 days with tiger sharks - analysis of the behavior of marine predators from marine biologist and sharkdiver Nikita Kornilov at the Moscow Dive Show 2024

How to understand tiger sharks? What is their language, what do the signals they send to each other and others mean, and how do they respond to them?
My name is Nikita Kornilov. I'm a marine biologist and a sharkdiver, which means I specialize in safe shark diving. I've been working with tiger sharks on Fuwamula Island every day for over a year now. In addition, I studied the materials of foreign colleagues, compared theoretical information with what I see under water with my own eyes, used the recommendations of colleagues in practice, and recorded the behavior of tiger sharks on camera. So I have something to share with you at the Moscow Dive Show 2024.
I will introduce you to the basics of shark behavior and signs that will help you understand their intentions. I will tell you about how they communicate with each other and react to their relatives and people. I will tell you how to behave among sharks so that your meeting will leave only pleasant memories (both for you and for the sharks).
