New dive sites have been opened in Egypt!

01 Oct 2023

HEPCA (Hurghada Conservation and Environmental Association), in collaboration with CDWS, has announced the official opening of three new dive sites in Hurghada with the support of the Ministry of Environment and the Red Sea Province.

The decision to create artificial dive sites was the result of many years of monitoring the state of coral reefs by the HEPCA team and the Red Sea Conservation Group. The purpose of creating these dive sites is to protect Egypt's Great Fringing Reef and the natural coral reefs of Hurghada by reducing the tourist load as a result of switching to new dive sites, creating a unique underwater experience and increasing the number of dive sites in Egypt in principle.

On September 24, work was planned to sink 15 warships to a depth of 11 to 15 meters (5 for each dive site). And since September 28, Seawolf-Diving safari, a participant company of the Moscow Dive Show 2024, has included new locations in its routes of northern destinations.

For more questions about diving on new dive sites, please contact Seawolf-Diving safary representatives via the website https://seawolf-safari.de/ru/schedule and, of course, at the Moscow Dive Show 2024.
