Egyptian Diving at Moscow Dive Show 2018

16 Aug 2017

Despite the remaining ban on flights to Egypt, it is this country that still accepts crowds of Russian divers. Thirty-eight per cent of more than six thousand visitors questioned during MDS2017 said they dived in Egypt in 2016, and eleven per cent said they dived only there and nowhere else. At MDS 2018, we are expecting even more participants from the country of the Pharaohs – both from coastal dive centers and safari yachts, including the Russian dive center in Safaga − Rusafaga.

Safaga is a small town near Hurghada. This place is a gem for divers: untouched sea nature, golden beaches and unobtrusiveness of the locals. The place will be interesting for both beginners and experienced divers: a huge number of dive sites and sunken objects will satisfy the most demanding taste, while large animals can be seen there almost daily.

Famous dive sites are available within daily diving:
  • Panorama reef
  • Abu Kafan
  • Middle Reef
  • Salem Express (wreck)
If you plan to go on vacation with your family or friends, but they do not share your fascination with diving, don’t worry: they too will have something to do in Safaga. For children there is a very convenient entrance to the water: sandy and gentle, for adults − at shallow depths − coral reefs with a variety of underwater world.

An amazing surprise for tourists is a sea guest − a turtle swimming up to the shore to have a snack.
Experienced divers will get a lot of positive emotions from diving in Safaga that offers coral gardens, steep walls, deep-sea diving, sunken objects and  interesting night diving. Often, it is possible to dive with turtles and dolphins.

At the Great Underwater Lottery, which, as usual, will be held on Saturday night on February 3, at the main stage of the exhibition, we will raffle off two certificates for daily diving packages with Rusafaga. Feel free to visit our stand F2/1 at Moscow Dive Show 2018.
