The EXPODAT service is an effective way of rapid electronic exchange of contacts and information content.
This is how it works: each visitor gets a wristband with an attached electronic tag after registration. Each exhibitor has an EXPODAT terminal installed at its booth. The visitor taps the wristband against the terminal, chooses the sections he is interested in (offers, promotions, lotteries) and gets access to them in his personal account at expodat.com, while exhibitor receives all contact details of the booth visitor and an analytical summary of the exhibition progress.
A terminal is a tool. It does not replace managers, it complements them and brings the work to a whole new level.

The cost of renting a terminal for three active business days (February 1-3) is 9,300 rubles (excluding VAT).

- Inform only on promotions and discounts that can really be relevant for your visitors.
- Give only important and useful information, so as not to overload visitors with data, use only specific offers – "the here and now”.
- Create activity through prize drawing.
- We remind that the "manager + terminal" tandem creates the desired result. Choose employees to be responsible for this.

- Aquatex: "Previously, we handed in questionnaires to the visitors, they filled them in and we held a lottery. That was the visible part, and the invisible part, which we did for another six months, was the manual processing of all paper questionnaires. The most tedious and enormous work. With the advent of EXPODAT terminals, it is enough to just analyze the collected data online. We saved three months of work for two people. Already at the exhibition, I can log in to my personal account and see real-time data. It is very convenient and we are incredibly content. Thank you".
